About Shaefer
Shaefer was born to Carolyn and Roland Heard. He his married to Cathy Couch Heard and has two daughters, Cristin and Callie, and a grandson, Avery. Shaefer has his own business with his wife. Shaefer has a sister, Noey, and brother, Sidney.
